There are many good reasons to advertise in Michigan REALTOR® magazine. We have reasonable rates and a targeted audience that looks to the publication with keen interest. Not to mention the respected reputation as an informational source, long after publication, which means your ads have an extended “shelf-life.” The audience you’ll reach is, ultimately, the most important reason for placing advertising in Michigan REALTOR® magazine — MORE THAN 28,500 real estate professionals across Michigan will read your advertisement.

Placing an ad is easy!

  1. Request that an Ad Kit and Contract be mailed to you by contacting Joe Kras or download the two items above.
  2. View the rate card and ad specifications page. Select an ad size and rate. Rates include 1x, 3x and 6x.
  3. Complete the contract and fax or mail to Joe Kras at MAR.
  4. You will be contacted approximately two weeks before the current ad deadline via phone or e-mail as a courtesy reminder that your ad is due.
  5. E-mail or mail your ad on a CD to Joe Kras. MAR also has an FTP site available for transferring ads upon request.
  6. MAR will provide confirmation that your ad has been submitted and meets print specifications.
  7. Invoices will be mailed to advertisers approximately 30 days after the issue has been published.
  • Recommended format: 300 dpi, PDF, CMYK (with 100% black) or Greyscale.
