SB 032 - Foreclosure Notice to Tenants
Allows 90 days before eviction.
 
SB 033 - Foreclosure Notice to Tenants
Requires new owner to assume rights and obligations of the former mortgagee. Lease continues after foreclosure, and notice is provided to tenants.
 
SB 076 - Tax Assessments
Requires a single year sales study to be conducted in cases where it would result in a lower SEV. It would also require the use of foreclosures in the calculation.

SB 073 - Homestead Tax Credit
Increases the amount of the homestead tax credit available for MI income tax. In 2010, it would increase the income threshold to $83,650.
 
SB 077 - Principal Residence Date
Prorating the principal residence exemption from the time a person moves into a property. This would begin in tax year 2009.
 
SB 084 - Sinking Funds
Expands the use of school sinking funds.

Increases homestead property tax credit and income multiplier
