The Michigan Association of REALTORS® Scholarship Trust (MARST) administers two scholarship programs, Russel A. Pointer and the Barney Harkins Scholarship and Educational Fund. Scholarships are awarded annually to undergraduate students whose academic major is related to real estate. |

This committee shall assure the Association’s personnel policies are current, ensure employee evaluations are completed, and conduct a formal performance evaluation for the Chief Executive Officer, annually. |
