In order to reap the benefits of your customized Michigan Living Network Web page, take a few minutes now to set it up. Follow these instructions to set-up your Web page quickly and conveniently. To access the Michigan Living Network site, go to http://mi.living.net/.
Find Your Name
Click on the words "REALTORS" or "Real Estate Companies" and the search page will appear. Type in your name or company and click on the "Search" button. When the next screen appears, simply click on your name or company and your Web page will come up.
Your Password
The password to access your personal Web page is your entire Michigan Real Estate License number. For the company page, it is the Designated REALTOR® License number. If you don’t know your License number, contact your local association or Julie Rowell at 800-454-7842 ext 521.
Personalizing Your Web Page
At the top of each personal page, under your name, is a "Personal Profile" button. Click here, and at the next screen enter your password. (The REALTOR® ID fills in automatically, enter your license number as your password) At this point you may edit anything on your page except your name and the company’s address information. Make sure to include your email address and a link to any other Web sites you have.
NOTE: Any changes you make to your personal profile, please be sure to inform your local association of the change.
Other Features
There are several tools available to help you increase your visibility on the Internet. The Michigan Living Network offers you the ability to add photos and a list of the languages you speak to your Living Network Web Page.
Photos
You can improve the look of your Living Network Web page by uploading a photo and/or logo to the page. This process is quick and simple, and the image is instantly accessible on the Internet. To access this feature, go to your personal profile page. Click on "Photo Upload" and follow the instructions on the page.
Languages
Often non-English speaking people have a difficult time finding a REALTOR® who can speak their language. The Michigan Living Network makes it easier by offering you a tool for adding a list of the languages you speak to your Web page. Languages are added from the "Edit Web Page" area on your personal profile page. Simply select the languages you speak from the drop-down list and click on "Save Changes". When a consumer searches your market area for someone who speaks the language you selected, your name and contact information will be included in the results. They also can translate your Web page into several of the most common languages.

Used by the Broker of the office to access the company Web page and edit it. |
| Maintain Properties |
Possible to have—Rental Property database. Rental Properties can be entered here and searched from the home page of any Living Network site. |
| Edit Web Links |
Add Web links to pages on other sites. Note: Be sure to enter verbiage in the "text" column because this is what shows as the link button on your page. |
| View Guidelines |
Allows access to the Living Network Guidelines at any time. |
| Photo Upload |
Allows you to add your own photo to your page. |
| Buyer Database |
Allows you to build a database of buyers with their wants/needs for a home. This database can then be searched by other REALTORS® to try to match a home they may have to a buyer in this database. |

Takes you back to the page…out of editing mode. |
